Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Since our products are print-on-demand, please note that we do not accept returns due to sizing issues, so we encourage you to review our size charts carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at your store email with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Due to the custom print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
